Therapy for analytical minds.

If you tend to question everything, and want therapy that actually makes sense, you’re in the right place. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning people who feel stuck in their own heads and want something more direct, practical, and honest than traditional therapy.

Located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, serving Chatham County and surrounding areas.

Who I Work Best With

This kind of therapy may be helpful if you:

  • tend to overanalyze or get stuck in your own thinking
  • struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, or burnout
  • seam successful on the outside but feel internally exhausted
  • want something more practical and grounded than traditional therapy
  • prefer honest conversations over vague advice

  3. We decide together if it feels like a good fit

About Danny

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who came to this work through a background in both mental health and information technology.

That background still shapes how I approach therapy. I tend to think in terms of systems, patterns, and processes—looking at how things connect and where something in the system isn’t working the way it should.

My style is collaborative and conversational. We explore ideas together, challenge assumptions, and sometimes laugh along the way. I also share parts of my own journey when it helps people feel less alone.
